Senior White House adviser and speechwriter Stephen Miller blew a gasket on Fox News Tuesday, amid reporting of internal anger at CBS after newly-installed right-wing network chief Bari Weiss put a hold on a long-in-the-works "60 Minutes" investigation into the horrific conditions at the Salvadoran CECOT megaprison where President Donald Trump has shipped hundreds of migrants.
"Every one of those producers at '60 Minutes' engaged in this revolt, fire them," shouted Miller, an anti-immigrant fanatic known to crib Nazi Germany in his speeches. "Clean house, fire them. That's what I say."
Weiss, who was appointed as part of a Trump administration-approved merger deal between CBS' parent company Paramount and Skydance, claimed the story needed further review because the Trump administration had not provided comment, even though they were afforded the opportunity to, and because the story didn't give equal billing to claims by the Trump administration that the mass deportation flights were legal, even though the Supreme Court has already ruled unanimously they were not.

But as of November 2025, his administration had implemented about 40 percent of the Project 2025 policies aimed at restricting reproductive freedoms, according to Reproductive Freedom for All, an abortion-rights group.

Project 2025 called on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to stop collecting data on gender identity and for the National Institutes of Health to fund studies into the negative side effects of gender-affirming care for transgender people. So far, these suggestions have largely played out.

HillTV noted that December 2000 travel records found on Epstein’s plane mentioned a “massage” that was scheduled for “AD.” Dershowitz told HillTV, “That was in my wife’s calendar. My wife scheduled a massage.”
Sounding increasingly angry, Dershowitz continued, “If you think my wife scheduled a massage with an under-age sex slave, then you’ll believe anything.”
When an interviewer started to calmly speak, Dershowitz angrily told him, “Let me finish. Let me finish. Let me finish. Let me finish. I was a visiting scholar at NYU. My wife had a professional masseuse. We have checks, canceled checks proving that the massage occurred, when it occurred, who it occurred with. And I’ve had very, very few massages in my life — one at Jeffrey Epstein’s house by a middle-aged woman who gave me a shoulder and neck massage, which I hated. I called up my wife and complained about it immediately.”
Dershowitz continued, “No, I’ve done nothing wrong. If you want to put me on trial here, you have to give me an opportunity to fully explain. You will not be able to make just charges against me.”

Over dissent from Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito and Neil Gorsuch, the Supreme Court declined to let the Trump administration immediately deploy the National Guard in Chicago, in the latest high court test of Donald Trump’s sweeping claims of authority in his second term.
In an unsigned order on Tuesday, the court said that at this stage in the litigation, the government couldn’t carry its burden to show that federal law lets the president federalize the Guard in his authority to protect federal personnel and property in Illinois. “At this preliminary stage, the Government has failed to identify a source of authority that would allow the military to execute the laws in Illinois,” the court said in the order.
The administration had asked the justices to lift an order from a federal judge that blocked deployment in October. After an appellate panel declined to disturb that order, the administration turned to the high court, as it has done in dozens of cases this year, often successfully.
Though Tuesday’s order is a provisional one that doesn’t mark the end of this litigation, it nonetheless stands out as a high-profile loss for the administration before the justices.

The message states that Trump was listed as a passenger on Epstein’s plane for at least eight flights between 1993 and 1996, including at least four flights on which Epstein’s accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell, was also present.
On one of the flights, the only passengers present were Trump, Epstein, and an unnamed 20-year-old, the email says.
“On two other flights, two of the passengers, respectively, were women who would be possible witnesses in a Maxwell case,” the email states.

A straw poll taken at Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest has singled out one member of President Donald Trump’s Cabinet as by far the least popular with Republicans.
“We wanted to get a real read on where the base is at after Charlie’s assassination, and a few things really jump off the page,” Turning Point USA spokesperson Andrew Kolvet told Fox News Digital on Monday.
The results were bad news for Attorney General Pam Bondi, with only 32.9 percent of those polled at the event saying they “strongly agree” with her performance.
By comparison, AmericaFest attendees voted Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth as the cabinet member doing the best job (83.3 percent), closely followed by Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (80.8 percent), and Secretary of State Marco Rubio (78.6 percent).
